Producing a legacy
Introducing Super Duck, the ultimate miniature superhero designed to be indestructible and built to last forever. Led by the visionary Blue, with Kass providing essential design and production expertise, this project stands as a testament to exceptional craftsmanship and innovation.
Super Duck is engineered from state-of-the-art, tough nylon fabric, providing an exterior that can withstand the harshest conditions. Inside, it is fortified with Neoprene Foam and embedded with precious stones, including the birthstones of its creators and a few selected others that hold significant meaning to Duck, Kass, and Blue. This combination ensures that Super Duck is as resilient as it is enduring.
History
Super Duck originated from a doll named “Mini-me-duck,” created for me by Kass’s grandmother. Mini-me-duck was not designed to be rugged and was received just six weeks ago. Despite its sentimental value, the doll’s stitching began to come undone, making it too fragile for travel.
During this time, my wife Meredith and I took photos with Mini-me-duck at home and during our travels to Tennessee, preserving these moments.
The need for a more durable companion led to the creation of Super Duck. Blue and Kass aimed to design a version that honors Mini-me-duck’s legacy while using advanced materials and techniques to ensure longevity. Super Duck combines these elements to create a lasting, durable miniature superhero.
